We have decided to add a 'Rescue' page
to our website in order to assist with the
rehousing of any lost or unwanted Weims.

Our club - the Weimaraner Club of Victoria Inc.
has been responsible for very
successfully rehousing numerous
Weimaraners over the past few years.
It is every breeder's nightmare to hear
that a dog you have bred has, for one reason
or another, the need to be rehoused.

Club members, Marg Cockburn & her daughter Sarah,
together with assistance from Roz Buckley,
Caroline Hatherley and Sally Johnston,
have been instrumental in helping rehouse
these dogs and spend many hours of
their time visiting the dogs and assessing
for good temperament and arranging
for vet checks to be carried out, as well as
fostering some dogs whilst they are awaiting new homes.

The Club is very fortunate to have
such a band of dedicated people.
and personally speaking, we are
extremely grateful to know that 
a dog bred by us (Suede) is now
settled in the most wonderful
forever home (see below).
